Instructions for poster presentations
The maximum dimensions of the poster is A0: 118.9 cm (height) × 84.1 cm (width)
- The panel is covered from both sides by a grey carpet.
- Fixing material (pins and stickers) will be available in the Posters Area.
- Conference staff will be available to assist you during the time of poster mounting.
- The poster boards will be numbered. The list of posters is here. It will be also in the final programme and in the Poster Area.
- Posters will be displayed during the whole conference in the Faculty of Environmental Sciences on the 1st floor.
- Posters can be fixed up on Monday morning (10 July 2023).
- Posters must be dismounted not later than by Thursday (13 July 2023) from 16:00 to 17:00. The remaining posters will then be disposed of.
Poster authors are expected to be present beside their posters during the Poster session (Wednesday 12 July 2023, 16:00–18:00) to explain their work to interested attendees.
